RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY:
The following applies to items and equipment purchased in our retail store, by telephone, and all internet sales from our online shop:
Waking Life Massage & Supply, Inc does not accept returns or exchanges for any contaminable items (oils, lotions, crèmes, salves, liniments, linens, etc). Books, CDs, DVDs are also not accepted for return. Any items that we accept for return or exchange must be unused and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
Returnable items are for Store Credit only.
Returns must occur within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items covered by vinyl fabrics or leather must be inspected for visible flaws before they leave the store. Items with torn or defective fabric are not returnable for credit. Waking Life Massage & Supply, Inc reserves the right to accept or refuse a return for any reason. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and, if applicable, shipping both ways.
Exchanges are for Store Credit only.
Exchanges are acceptable within 30 days of the original purchase date. Waking Life Massage & Supply, Inc reserves the right to accept or refuse an exchange for any reason.
Defective products, wrong shipments, and/or damaged shipments will be replaced or refunded at the option of Waking Life Massage & Supply, Inc unless our policy is overruled by a manufacturer’s policy/warranty.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS.
